Pizza and Picasso Family Art Night and More With Makeshift

This looks like an awesome family night out: Pizza and Picasso at Makeshift. This is happening on Saturday, June 15, 5-7 p.m. at Makeshift, 1321 Linden Ct NE. Makeshift will provide two slices of pizza per person and all the arts supplies–you bring the family. Cost is $14.50 per person over age 2. Register.

More: Makeshift offers art classes for kids of all ages. On June 1, you and your kid age 0-6 years can attend at Tunes 4 Tots demo class with Mister Mike. Little ones will learn fundamental music concepts with movement and play. Starting Monday, June 24, for ages 6-11, Makeshift is offering “Felting, Pom Poms and Finger Knitting” in which elementary-age kids can learn about fiber arts. See the schedule.

Makeshift is very flexible. If you can’t make a class, you can do a makeup in any other weekday class, all summer. There are sibling discounts, and for older and younger siblings who are outside of the intended age range, they are welcome to hang out and play in the space while other siblings are participating.
