School lottery players have been waiting for this news before they finalize their lists: DCPS announced to the School Within School at Goding (SWS) community on Thursday that it would build a modular classroom complex between the Springarn facility and Phelps Ace High School at 704 26th St NE for use while the Goding building is modernized.
SWS students will begin the school year at the Goding building and move to the swing space, 1.4 miles away, in 2021.
