Go Fit4Mom! The mama-and-child fitness and wellness program is going virtual to help “flatten the curve” of new coronavirus cases. Starting today, it is offering online versions of its classes and events.
“We’re going to offer a lot of great content that I think the community will really enjoy,” said owner and instructor Michelle Cain. These include workouts, play groups, coffee chats, story time, moms’ night in, crafts, special guests and more.
Tomorrow at noon, for example, Fit4Mom is teaming up with baby sleep consultant District of Sleep for an online Q&A. To participate in this event and others, create a Fit4Mom account and then request access to the private Facebook group, Fit4Mom DC Mamas.
This is such a great way to stay connected to the community, support a local business and stay safe. Check out Fit4 Mom on Instagram and Facebook.
Stay in and practice social distancing.
