Sunday forecast: Rain, more rain, and a chance of Halloween-themed fun! If you’re dreading another indoor Sunday AND you want to do something seasonal with the kids, I have the ticket for you: Kidsinger Jim and the Big Barn Puppets are performing “Halloween at the Farm,” a 60-minute show featuring life-sized puppets and live music, at 11 a.m., Sunday, Oct. 27, at the Miracle Theatre on Barracks Row.
We’re getting excited for Hilloween tonight. Brush up on the basics by reading this guest post by organizer Heather Schoell. Heather has an update: Kidsinger Jim will be playing at the North Hall Plaza (7th and North Carolina) and DC Way will be playing soccer with kids on 7th Street.
I’ll be there with Batman. See you all at Hilloween!

Montpelier Farms is holding its Fall Festival through Nov. 11. In October, it’s open on Friday evenings, Saturdays … Read the rest
